Our Team
Jon Priest, CEO
Jon Priest earned an MBA and BBA in Production/Operations Management from the University of New Mexico. He is the former Chairman of the Technology Committee and the Standards and Controls committee for a major industry association, member of many organizations such as GACC (Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce) and APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) and continues to be involved in the community through charity work, speaking at seminars, writing position papers, and has published work in industry publications.
Jon specializes in industrial engineering, facility design, operational efficiency, change management, lean thinking and internal processes. Bringing his expertise in logistics and supply chain management as the President of a major division at a reputable 3PL. In the US market as well as Europe and Latin America and companies from fortune 100 clients to “mom and pop shops,” Jon has had a high level of success helping companies become more efficient, reduce cost, and reduce the risk associated with regulatory environments.
Jon has managed projects in 21 CFR part 110, 210 and 211 regulated environments including ground up facility design and relocation, implementing change, creating kaizen teams, projects resulting in overall productivity improvement, including the logistical coordination, GMP compliance, FDA audit readiness plans, validation, writing SOP's, handling material specification, procurement, building productivity reporting for multi-national organizations, planning and forecasting.
Guru Pejevar, Process Engineer
With a Masters in Manufacturing Enginieering from the University of New Mexico Guru is doing what he loves. A certified six sigma black belt leader with experience in manufacturing design, continuous process improvement, project management and creating a self directed team atmosphere.
Guru has worked in 21 CFR part 210 and 211 operations as well as in the medical device industry. Guru spent a number of years in the pharma industry and then moved to Ventana Medical Systems and later Roche Tissue Diagnostics. Guru is an internationally experienced professional with experience in GMP environments in both the US and India.

Claudia Valles is an experienced finance and accounting professional with an extensive background in manufacturing and industrial businesses. A graduate of Autónoma de Chihuahua in Chihuahua Mexico, Claudia has worked for many companies such as Earnst & Young, TRW, GCC concrete, Sennheiser, and Heel. Claudia has a demonstrated track record of leading the preparation and analysis of financial reports to summarize and forecast financial position. Proven expertise in driving efficiency and productivity through evaluation of financial management systems and implementation of process improvements. Talented leader directing highly skilled financial management teams to support achievement of overall corporate goals and objectives
Jacqueline Markle, MPS (Data Analytics) and Market Insights
Jacqueline Markle is an accomplished Sales Operations and Business Insights/Analytics professional. As a graduate of Penn State’s master’s in data analytics program, she is an expert in designing and developing analytical systems including processes for collection and cleansing data, data transformations, variable importance, model selection/fitting. This expertise combined with her over 20 years of experience in project management, technical support, sales operations, and marketing analytics, prime her desire to help others improve sales while reducing costs.
She currently sits on the Engineering Advisory Council at Penn State Great Valley Graduate School, belongs and participates in the Sales Operation Leadership Council sponsored by TGAS, and regularly speaks publicly on big data and/or sales operations. In her free time, Jacqueline also competes in data competitions recently leading her team to win silver at the 2018 American Statistical Association Sponsored Data Fest and winning the SAP’s Veteran’s Challenge Use Case at the 2018 Code4PA event which centered around preventing opioid use disorder, saving Pennsylvania lives, and ensuring access to treatment.
